Quotes for new installations are free and carry no obligation across our service area. We come out, assess the property properly and give you a fixed written price. Cleaning and sanitising is a fixed price per unit that we tell you before we attend.

The more specific you are, the more useful our first reply will be. Helpful details: your suburb, the rooms you want conditioned and roughly how big they are, what heating or cooling you have now and how old it is, whether the property is single or double storey, and any owners corporation or heritage constraints. For a replacement or a clean, include the brand and rough age of the existing unit.

We operate from 10/15 Stud Road, Bayswater VIC 3153, in Melbourne's outer east. There is a map on this page. We are a working business rather than a retail showroom, so please call ahead if you want to come in person — our technicians are usually out on site.

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Enquiries submitted outside those hours are picked up the next business morning. During heatwaves we extend hours where we can — if it is urgent, say so in your message.

Yes — with every job. Every installation, replacement and clean is completed by licensed tradespeople (ARC licence L126509, BPC registration 116236, REC 27289) and you receive a compliance certificate for the work on completion. Keep it with your warranty paperwork.

For cleaning and sanitising, yes — it is a fixed price per unit that we will tell you upfront. For an installation, no, and you should be wary of anyone who will. The price depends on capacity, pipe run, access, switchboard condition and make-good, none of which can be assessed over the phone. What we can do is give you a sense of the likely approach and book a free assessment.
